is no doubt that advanced peoples (or those classified in this way, so to speak, and with better opportunities for all its citizens), they spend a lot of resources and effort to educate its people. They see the need for all people to have as opportunities for personal development, and this in turn will yield in community development. Throughout history man has always required a teaching system, and that no one is born knowing. It is vital to the transmission of knowledge to get to the progress of a nation and individuals to contribute to the world their full potential. We in Mexico for a time not so long ago were subject to institutional arrangements that preserve the power, preferring to devote every effort to support the machinery of trade unions and other institutions to secure the votes that key issues. They were not interested in education and a less educated people is easier to control.
We must stop looking back to complain, and focus our efforts on how we will tackle this burden. It is true that the past must lay the groundwork, but we can not give up, I trust that little by little and all work together we will achieve
