Currently there is a need to provide quality services throughout the world, and the education, training by its nature, must be the first to set the example. The school, being the place where humans learn to work, interact, solve problems and live together, have a great responsibility. The responsibility for providing quality education and to quality, through the analysis of what has been done properly and what not, also must take responsibility to improve every day, searching for appropriate strategies to do so.
School is a large system composed of three subsystems: the teachers, and students that make up the subsystem that parents make. Therefore education quality is obtained only with the proper working of each of these parts. Only with the efforts and collaboration of each and commitment to become better as people is that we will create an own welfare, which in turn will generate a true welfare of others. Only through collaborative work between students, parents and teachers is that they managed to evolve as a system and generate important and real changes in our society.
As the mission of the school be full human beings, functional and productive life of a country we must recognize that it is only possible in a real way, through a culture of quality, consistency and perseverance, as a result of work done consciously, with full knowledge of what was done, how it performs and its significance. This will achieve the effectiveness in the work we do within a school.
An objective way of perceiving the world, with all its beauty and its challenges, as well as our capacity for self-knowledge and self-evaluate ourselves as human beings and as educational community, is what give us the freedom to identify our strengths and opportunity areas and see them as challenges, work on them in terms of ourselves and our mission.
In conclusion, the formation of human beings for whom quality is a way of working well as a way of life, it is essential that schools enter into a quality culture for itself, through a diagnosis that will allow us to know from three different perspectives and therefore better.
