Go towards specialization

As we know it is said that the development of emerging countries is imminent and will have an accelerated growth in coming years. It is said that the stronger block of developing countries are Brazil, Russia, India and China, and is known as BRIC.

Besides the BRIC countries with growth potential, second, including Mexico, South Africa, South Korea, Eastern Europe, Arab countries.

Due to the strong competition, I see the growing need for specialized services, not just cheap labor, but skilled labor and some level of training. We give a bonus to our services, and have a special badge with respect to other nations. A clear example is India, where both the government and many companies have invested in training employees to move many services outsourcing to China (telecommunications, computing, medical services, among many others).

I see that the proximity of Mexico United States, and the natural genius of the Mexican (which compensates for helpful historical legacy with which we, and the appalling federal labor law and other unions supporting Masquin) may be a determinant factor to propel us towards the advent of specialized tertiary services ( without neglecting the foundation of our economy remains the primary sector, and to a lesser extent the secondary).

To accomplish this we must support both government and private enterprise. The creation of special academic programs-upper secondary education is of vital importance because it would speed the training time devoted to activities in the classes which would require this expertise.
